We like this recipe for several reasons,  its economical, it really stretches, it tastes so good and you make most of it from scratch including the spice mix and the tortillas wraps. Try it once and you wont go back to store bought shells, tortillas or mix. It might initially seem like it takes work but trust us it takes no more than an hour the first time around if you’re organised. Make your tortilla dough first, then your salsa, then your chicken filling. Cooking each tortilla in a skillet only tastes 2 minutes once you have rolled out the dough.
