We love making these because they are so quick and easy and versatile! Why buy frozen pizza’s or takeaway when you can make your own at home and add your own toppings with no extra charge and at a cheaper cost with more flavor! Of course if you are good with dough you can make your own crust, but for those of us who are handicapped in that area pittas work really well and taste so much better than store boat crusty pizza.

Yes the meal that Disney made in their movie with that name.
You have got to try this for your family.
It is awesome.
If you have kids who do not like to eat their vegetables, let them watch that cartoon and ask them if they want you to make that meal. Watch you see them ask for seconds just to act like they in that movie. lol
Make a lot because you will want seconds as well.
The reason I mention it here is because it is the same toppings I put on my pizza.
So here goes.
Recipe:
Toppings
1 Zucchini, thin sliced
1 Yellow Squash, thin sliced
1 Eggplant, thin sliced
1 or 2 Tomatoes, thin sliced
(optional)
You can add different colored bell peppers if you like but that is not what you see in the movie. thin sliced
If you trying to keep your kids attention, stick to what they see in the cartoon or they will not eat it.
Sauce:
1 can tomato paste
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp ground black peppercorn
1 tsp shredded onion
1 tsp shredded garlic
1 tbsp of olive oil
us your cheese shredder for those two
1 tsp thyme
Mix the sauce and add one can of water to your can to get all the tomato paste from your can.
Oil the bottom of your sauce pan.
Use a rubber spatula to spread your sauce evenly on the bottom of your pan.
Layer your sliced veggies on top that sauce starting from to outer most part of the pan until you reach the middle.
Lightly sprinkle some salt pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and thyme on top the veggies.
If you have more veggies start an second layer on top the veggies you have there. Try to have only one layer.
Place a piece of parchment paper on top the veggies that fits inside you baking dish.
Turn your oven on 350
Once your preheat is done place your dinner in the oven for 35 to 45 minutes, no longer.
