OMG I have been using splenda for upwards of 10 years since I was diagnosed with diabetes. I have severe lack of concetration and memory loss, I have blurred vision and mimic symtoms of MS. I am always tired and crave sweets and am always thirsty. I can not bebelive this. Thank the most high I am the only one that have been taking this poison in my home and have not given it to my children only recently thinking it was better for my obese child. All praises due to the most high. I Guess water is going to be my best friend….

Yes many of us have used the sweetners thinking they were the better alternative when they are actually poison. Praise the Most High for revealing the truth to us. And yes, drinking at least 2 liters a day of filtered or purified fluoride free water is vital.
