Getting on the road to good healthy can sometimes be a tough choice for many when we are bombarded with foods that may not necessarily be good for us.  Below we give you key tips to get you started. Take it a day at a time and gradually watch your health , taste buds , body and perspective change.

  • DRINK WATER EVERY DAY.

Our bodies are composed of 70% water, we would not survive without it, drinking sufficient pure water helps to flush toxins out of the system and support the metabolic functions of the body. It is not advisable to drink water straight from the tap because of the contaminants in our water system, it should be filtered.

  • EAT FOODS AS CLOSE TO NATURE AS POSSIBLE.

Whole foods were created by the creator for man to consume eg fruits , vegetables, nuts , seeds, some clean animals.Highly processed foods does not build healthy cells, also cut down on high meat consumption.

  • REGULAR EXERCISE  , DAILY IF POSSIBLE.

Exercise helps the body to function better, it help to build a strong immune system, remove toxins and release feel good hormones, burns fat, the list goes on.

  • ENSURE  REGULAR BOWEL MOVEMENT

Eat sufficient fiber to clean out the digestive tract. constipation is one of the processes that give rise to disease.

  • FORGIVE  THOSE WHO HAVE WRONGED YOU, STAY POSITIVE.

Scripture says whatever is good think on those things. Forgiveness is a major key in healing, as is repentance.
