The flavor comes out as a broasted (The method essentially combines pressure cooking with deep frying chicken that has been marinated and breaded.) chicken that is very crunchy but totally moist inside. The good thing also about this recipe is you get the fried taste but most of the oil bakes out of the chicken as it is baking in the oven, and you don't need to fry the chicken for as long for those worried about the oil content.
